  • Are there any entrance fees?
    No, we do not impose any entrance fee. However, we kindly request that each visitor makes a minimum order of at least one item per person to help us continue taking care of our cats. This ensures the well-being and happiness of our furry residents.
  • What are your opening hours?
    We are open everyday. Monday - Thursday: 11am - 10pm Friday - Sunday: 11am - 12am
  • Do we need to make a reservation before we come?
    No, you do not need to make a reservation. You are welcome to walk in but reservation on weekends are recommended.
  • Is Poppy Kat a halal cafe?
    No, we are not a halal certified cafe but we are pork free, lard free, alcohol free, and muslim friendly. We do however, mainly uses halal-sourced ingredients.
  • Is this a pet friendly cafe?
    Yes, Poppy Kat is a pet friendly cafe with an exception. Unfortunately, we couldn't allow dogs as we do not want to frighten our cats and would also like to remain respectful to our Muslim patrons.
  • Are the cats there everyday?
    Yes, our cats are here everyday. They live in our cafe and have a dedicated room when we go off shift.
  • Can I feed your cat?
    Yes, you can purchase snacks from our counter and feed them. However, we disallow feeding of human food or self brought snacks to our cats.
  • Can I bring my own cats?
    Yes you can. As long as they're on a leash and be monitored at all times. One thing to note however, we do not allow other cats to use our litter box as we want to prevent the possibility of sickness transition among cats.
  • What payment do you accept?
    We accept QR payment, bank transfer, debit card and credit card.
  • How much is shipping?
    The shipping fee is RM8 within peninsular Malaysia and RM16 for Sabah and Sarawak. This fee covers the cost of delivering your order to your specified address.
  • Can I pick up my order?
    Yes, you can choose to pick up your order at Poppy Kat Cafe. Simply let us know your preferred pickup time, and we'll ensure your order is ready for you when you arrive. We look forward to serving you in person at our cafe!
  • How long does it take for my order to arrive?
    Orders typically take approximately 3-7 days to reach your doorstep. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances. We do our best to ensure that your order reaches you as promptly as possible while maintaining the quality of our service.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, if you are interested in placing an international order, please feel free to send us a message, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We'll explore available options to assist you in getting our products if possible.
